Questions worth answering before you deploy.
Actually free, through August 30, 2026. Sign up, verify your email, and get a dashboard with a full API key — no card required, no feature gated behind a paid plan during the free period.
Just an API key. Create an account, verify the one-time code we email you, and your dashboard gives you a key you can drop straight into the API docs — no infrastructure to run or provision yourself.
Yes — recording (via LiveKit Egress) and transcription (via AWS Transcribe Medical) are both included in the API and covered under the same free period.
The platform is built with that bar in mind — no clinical data stored beyond recording metadata, no PHI in webhook payloads, everything signed and authenticated. A formal HIPAA security review is underway and not yet complete, so treat "compliant" as a decision that needs your own qualified review, not a checkbox we tick for you.
There's no dedicated support tier today. Reach out through the contact page if you have a specific integration question — we read every message.
Paid tiers will follow once the free period ends. Existing API keys and integrations won't be broken without notice.
